Garlic Parmesan Wings

This is a super simple recipe for garlic parmesan air fryer wings

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds wing, split
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3/4 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 1/2 tsp mineral salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 2-3 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  • Mix all coating ingredients in a bowl
  • Coat chicken wings with mixture
  • Place in an air fryer with a little space between each wing
  • cook for 18 minutes at 370 degrees flipping the wings halfway

    I don’t see garlic listed as one of your ingredients.

      The last ingredient is 2-3 tsp minced garlic

    I noticed you didn’t mention any type of oil on the wings or the tray of the air fryer. In your YT video you spray the air fryer tray with oil. You might want to all that to the directions.
