Joe and Rachel are happily married with 3 wonderful boys: John Paul, Anthony and Caleb. After years of trying every type of weight loss plan you can think of, from severe calorie restriction to CrossFit, we decided to try the ketogenic lifestyle. Thankful for the opportunity to look forward to a happy and healthy future with their three adult sons, Joe and Rachel are excited to share their keto journey and hopefully encourage other families to change their diet and change their lives.

After discovering the keto diet in 2017 and experiencing life-changing health results, we made it our mission to share our testimony with as many people as possible. It is our great hope to encourage others who, like us, have experienced both lifelong weight struggles and discouraging medical concerns. Learning first-hand that diagnoses like morbid obesity, diabetes, arthritis, digestive issues and chronic pain don’t have to be a life sentence is a game changer for our family. And, we want you and your family to experience improved health, as well.



Rachel has had an unhealthy relationship with food most of her life. Instead of using food as a fuel source, she’s used it as a source of emotional support, reward and punishment.

After a 100-pound weight loss through severe calorie restriction that felt more like a losing yo-yo tournament than a major accomplishment, Rachel noticed Joe was enjoying maintainable success on Keto while enjoying really delicious food.

Rachel joined the Keto lifestyle for the chicken wings, but stayed for the mental clarity and cravings-control she never dreamed was possible.

Through a combination of the keto lifestyle and intermittent fasting, Rachel has been able to reach her goal size, improve her metabolism and reverse her insulin resistance.

Thankful to God for increased strength and stamina in her 40s, Rachel hopes to share the health benefits of Keto with other people who may be experiencing frustration with their relationship to food.


Joe has struggled with weight his entire life, trying every type of weight loss program you can think of, including Jenny Craig, Nutri-system, severe calorie restriction and even CrossFit. After doing some research, Joe decided to try the keto lifestyle and has had incredible results. In the first 6 months, he lost 85 pounds and went from a size 44 pant to a size 30. After having a few extra carbs on Christmas that year, Joe decided he wanted to make Keto his permanent eating lifestyle.
Since reaching his goal weight of 180 pounds, Joe has maintained his 100+ pound weight loss for over 2 years through the Ketogenic lifestyle.

In addition to the incredible weight loss, Joe also experienced some other surprising health benefits. When he was 20-years-old, Joe suffered a debilitating injury from a car accident, which left him with a severe limp and arthritis. For years, he had to rely on medication to get through the day. Since beginning the ketogenic lifestyle, Joe has increased range of motion in his ankle, is pain free and no longer needs to take any medication for his injury.

As Joe began to notice significant improvements to his health, he began sharing the keto lifestyle with anyone who would listen. He felt the ketogenic lifestyle could save lives and he wanted to help as many people as possible. After convincing Rachel to join him on this new way of eating, he moved on to other family members including Rachel’s mom and his sister.

Now Joe likes to spend his time teaching children about Jesus, officiating high school football and lacrosse and spreading the word about the incredible benefits of keto.
