There are several ways to calculate your keto macros however we suggest you don’t focus on calories. Because of that, the easiest way to calculate and track your macros is by using the Protein to Energy formula. This basically means we eat on a ONE to ONE basis meaning for each gram of Protein we consume, we can have up to that much energy, which is comprised of Fat and Carbohydrates. Use the calculator below to determine your macros. Once you calculate your macros, remember the Protein is a goal you should hit each day and it’s ok to exceed it. The fat and carbohydrates (Energy) are a limit and you should not go over them. It’s ok to stay under by 10%-20% but try to fluctuate it.
