Keto Cheez-Its
A keto friendly version of the popular cheese cracker.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (any kind of cheese will work)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2-3 tsp water
- Mineral salt (to taste)
Instructions
- In a food proccessor combine almond flour, cheddar cheese and baking powder
- add a teaspoon of water and blend. Continue until you get a dough like consistency (usually 2-3 tsp is enough)
- Remove from food processor and knead in you hand to create a unifmorm consistency
- Place dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll to 1/8 - 1/16 inch thickness
- Sprinkle with salt and score with pizza cutter
- Bake in a 325 degree oven for 10 minutes until it begins to brown. (for extra crispiness without burning, bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before separating
Notes
You can make this with any kind of cheese, we just prefer cheddar since that's the traditional cheez-it flavor
