Keto Cheez-Its

Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a food proccessor combine almond flour, cheddar cheese and baking powder
  • add a teaspoon of water and blend. Continue until you get a dough like consistency (usually 2-3 tsp is enough)
  • Remove from food processor and knead in you hand to create a unifmorm consistency
  • Place dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll to 1/8 - 1/16 inch thickness
  • Sprinkle with salt and score with pizza cutter
  • Bake in a 325 degree oven for 10 minutes until it begins to brown. (for extra crispiness without burning, bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before separating

Notes

You can make this with any kind of cheese, we just prefer cheddar since that's the traditional cheez-it flavor
