This recipe creates a carnivore version of whole milk that has zero sugar and is 1 carb per serving

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 Cups Warm Water Water should be 110-120 degrees
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 Tbls Allulose You can also use 10-20 drops of stevia
- 1/8 tsp Guar gum Optional but will thicken milk
- 5 Tbls Collagen Peptides Adds Protein and thickens milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a blender blend warm water, collagen peptides, and allulose4 1/2 Cups Warm Water, 5 Tbls Collagen Peptides, 1 1/2 Tbls Allulose
- sprinkle the guar gum across the top and blend on medium for about a minute1/8 tsp Guar gum
- Add vanilla extract1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Slowly pour Heavy Whipping cream into the mixture and blend for about 1 minute on medium1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Pour into container and chill in refrigerator for a few hours. Overnight is best
