I made these this morning for breakfast. I halved the recipe but as is my habit I forgot to halve every ingredient so I ended up with a full teaspoon of baking powder and half of the rest of the ingredients. They still came out excellent. They were light and fluffy. I did add two drops of liquid sucralose after the first mini waffle was cooked because I like sweet waffles and the sucralose masked the taste of the extra baking powder.
I am new to your channel. I do a rough version of keto but not real strict. Hoping to do better and actually lose weight! Very interested in using pork rinds instead of almond flour in your recipes. I have been watching your RV videos and saw you were doing keto too! I love camping but can’t afford a camper right now. Some day. Looking forward to doing keto with you. I am trying to find your beginner’s videos, the edited or updated version from what you said.
Really, really good. Nice texture and so much better than almond flour versions. Thank you!
I am getting the hang of this appliance with your help! Just made my first Stuffler with Canadian bacon and pepper Jack cheese. Came out pretty good! Thank you for another great recipe!
Can you use four ounces of Parmesan/mozzarella or cheddar cheese in place of cream cheese…might be crispier?
We didn’t try that
