Honey Mustard Dressing

This is a great alternative to the store bought Honey mustard dressings that contain harmful seed oils

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Dijon Mustard
  • 8-12 ounces 2kk Yogurt Use can use our full fat or low fat version
  • Liquid sucralose You can use any liquid sweetener (like Stevia)
  • Water Optional

Instructions

  • Using a hand mixer, combine Dijon Mustard and Yogurt in a bowl
  • Add a few drops of sweetener and taste. Add more if you want it sweeter
  • Thin out with 1-2 tablespoons of water until you get to the desired consistency
  • Pour into a condiment bottle

Notes

The stated nutrition facts are based on using Burma's Dijon Mustard and 12 ounces of 2kk Low-fat yogurt
