This is a delicious mug cake utilizing powdered collagen and the best part is it's fast

Ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream or Full Fat coconut milk
- 1 Tablespoon Nut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Redmond salt
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto Collagen
- 10 drops liquid stevia (or 3 drops liquid sucralose)
Instructions
- In a mug combine eggs, Milk and nut butter
- After combined, add baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and sweetener
- Mix well
- Once combined, add 1 scoop of Perfect Keto Collagen
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes
Notes
This is a delicious mug cake and perfect for 1 or 2 people. Â The above macros are based on using Trader Joes Sunflower seed spread as the nut butter
