Keto Broccoli Salad

This recipe comes to us from our friend and 2kk family member, Lynette from Keto Chow. It's a great appetizer or side dish for any meal or summer BBQ

  • 8 cups chopped raw broccoli
  • 6 ounces cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 8 slices bacon fried & crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbls Ranch Seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds optional


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, onion, almonds and bacon
  • in a small mixing bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, ranch seasoning and vinegar
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir well to coat
  • Serve immediately



This recipe comes to us from our friend Lynette at Keto Chow.  It's a great side dish for any bbq or meetup.  We love it with burgers or meatloaf.
