3 Cheese Dip

A super easy 3 cheese dip that takes less than 60 seconds to make

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese Use high fat to keep sugar and carbs down
  • 1/4 cup tap water
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (or minced equivelant)
  • 2-3 dashes hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender combine water and cottage cheese
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend till smooth

To spice it up, add a couple dashes of hot sauce
