3 Cheese Dip
A super easy 3 cheese dip that takes less than 60 seconds to make

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese Use high fat to keep sugar and carbs down
- 1/4 cup tap water
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Blue Cheese
- 1 clove garlic (or minced equivelant)
- 2-3 dashes hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender combine water and cottage cheese
- Add remaining ingredients and blend till smooth

To spice it up, add a couple dashes of hot sauce
