Mediterranean Carnivore Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 1 Pound ground turkey
- 4 Tablespoons Pork Rind Crumbs (We use Pork King Good)
- 2 cups Chopped cucumber (medium to large cucumber)
- 1 Cup Chopped tomato (about a half of a tomato)
- 10 kalamatta olives (pitted)
- 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Divide into 4 servings and place in microwave safe mug or ramekin
- Cook for 10-12 minutes on high until done
