This cole slaw is so good that even non keto people wont know its good for you;

  • 1/2 cup Avocado oil mayo Any mayo will work
  • 3 tbls Apple cider vinegar (you can substitute white vinegar)
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp Mineral salt
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 14 ounces shredded cabbage
  • black pepper


  • If you don't have any, make some avocado oil mayo
  • In a bowl, combine mayo, apple cider vinegar, celery seed, mineral salt, & stevia
  • Add Cabbage and combine well
  • Season with a little black pepper



This recipe is very versatile and can be changed to suit your tastes. You can use more or less stevia, substitute liquid monk fruit or powered swerve for the stevia and even use broccoli or cauliflower instead of cabbage.
