Meaty Artichoke dip

This is a delicious take on an artichoke dip that brings extra flavor with some sausage

  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese packed
  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Avocado oil mayo
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts diced up
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 hot dog or precooked sausage
  • 1 ounce Shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • dash Paprika


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Chop up artichoke hearts and sausage
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients except paprika and shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Put mixture into an oven save dish and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees until bubbly and top is beginning to brown
  • Remove from oven, put shredded cheese and paprika on top and place under a broiler for 3-5 minutes until brown
  • Serve warm with chips
