Meaty Artichoke dip
This is a delicious take on an artichoke dip that brings extra flavor with some sausage

Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese packed
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 Cup Avocado oil mayo
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts diced up
- 1 teaspoon Granulated garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 hot dog or precooked sausage
- 1 ounce Shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
- dash Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Chop up artichoke hearts and sausage
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except paprika and shredded Parmesan cheese
- Put mixture into an oven save dish and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees until bubbly and top is beginning to brown
- Remove from oven, put shredded cheese and paprika on top and place under a broiler for 3-5 minutes until brown
- Serve warm with chips
