Keto Chocolate Truffles

This recipe was created by our Daughter-in-Law Michelle. It is a great chocolate treat that's easy to make and is low in total carbs

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Using a food processor or blender, grind up the High Key Cookies
  • In a bowl, combine the cookies and cream cheese until it's a uniform mixture
  • Roll the mixture into 18 separate balls, approximately 16 grams each
  • Place truffles into the freezer for about 30 minutes
  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter and melt for 1 1/2 minutes. Every 15-20 seconds, remove from microwave and stir
  • Take truffles from freezer and coat each one in melted chocolate then dust with cocoa powder
  • Place back into fridge to allow chocolate to cool.

Our Daughter-in-Law, Michelle, created this recipe to duplicate a non keto Oreo Ball recipe she used to make.  These are a delicious treat that anyone, keto or non-keto, will enjoy
