Crockpot Beef Fajitas

A little twist on beef fajitas. Unlike traditional beef fajitas that are served on a sizzling cast iron plate, this recipe can be made in the crockpot or a pressure cooker

  • 1 1/2 pounds Beef flank steak
  • 1/2 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 Green pepper cut into slices
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper seeds removed
  • 1 tbls Cilantro fresh is better
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Chili powder


  • In a crockpot combine all ingredients
  • Cook for 5-7 hours
  • Can also be cooked in a pressure cooker on high for 15 minutes
