Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Nautral Peanut Butter Check your label and look for one that only has peanuts and no sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter (8 tablespoons). tastes best with Grass Fed butter like KerryGold
  • 2 Tbls Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tbls Allulose
  • 30-40 drops Stevia

Instructions

  • In a Saucepan melt the butter. Be careful not to brown it
  • Add 1/2 cup of all natural, no sugar added peanut butter and combine well
  • Add Heavy Whipping cream, allulose and stevia. Combine well
  • Pour into a container lined with parchment paper or individual fat bomb molds
  • Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set
  • Transfer to fridge and allow to cool for another 2 hours.1

You can substitute 2 tablespoons of powdered swerve for the Allulose
