Taco Pie
We love mexican food but sometimes it can be difficult to eat mexican on the keto diet. This is a super easy recipie that only takes a few ingredients and is quick and easy to prepare

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef 80/20
- 2 tbls taco seasoning or 1 store bought pouch
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 dregrees
- In a skillet, brown ground beef
- When ground beef is fully cooked, add 2 tbls of taco seasoning and stir. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes so that the sauce thickens up.
- In a seperate bowl, combine eggs, heavy whipping cream, garlic powder, onion powder and 1 tsp taco seasoning
- Lightly spray the bottom of a pie/casserole pan with oil. Evenly spread the ground beef mixture along the bottom
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese over ground beef
- Pour egg mixture over the ground beef and cheese
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top of the egg mixture
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until top is lightly browned and center is set
- Top with you favorite taco toppings (avacado, guacamole, sour cream, salsa
