Salted Carmel KetoChow Cookies

Ingredients
- 8 tbls butter (room temperature) We use kerrygold
- 1/3 cup lakanto golden monkfruit granular Can use any brown erythritol
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 scoop Salted Carmel Keto Chow
- 3 1/2 Tbls Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp redmond real salt
- 10-20 drops liquid lakanto extract can substitute stevia
- 1/4 cup lilys chocolate chips
Instructions
- Bring eggs and butter to room temperature
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, cream butter and lakanto brown sweetener until well combined
- add in eggs, vanilla extact, liquid lakanto (or stevia) and mix well
- In a serperate bowl, combine coconut flour, baking powder, salt and keto chow
- Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and combine well
- fold in chocolate chips
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, place on a cookie sheet
- Bake for 10-13 minutes until edges begin to brown
- remove from oven and allow to cool
Notes
Each cookie contains 4.2 grams of sugar alcohols making them .6 net carbs per cookie.
You can use any flavor Keto Chow if you want to change up the flavors. Add more or less liquid lakanto (or stevia) to adjust the sweetness
