
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Chopped or Shredded Chicken
- 1 Cup Keto Friendly Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Cup Pork Rind Crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, Combine all ingredients except Pork Rind crumbs and 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese
- Pour mixture into a prepared 9x9 casserole dish
- In a separate bowl, combine pork rind crumbs and remaining parmesan cheese
- Sprinkle pork rind crumb mixture across the top of the casserole
- If you want it even cheesier, you can add more cheese on top as well as more tomato sauce
- Bake in oven until top is golden brown and all the cheese melts
