Ingredients
- 10 slices Thick Sliced Bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven or smoker to 200 degrees
- Lay bacon on smoker rack or an oven safe cooling rack over a pan
- After 2 hours, dab the bacon with a paper towel and flip it over, dapping the other side as well
- Remove from oven or smoker after 4 hours or when the bacon is the desired consistency
- Store in airtight container or vacuum seal bag

Notes
You can marinate the bacon in any thing you want. We like to put a little sriracha mixed with stevia to give a sweet heat flavor.
