Carnivore Mug Bread
This is a great recipe utilizing Pork rinds instead of almond flour

Servings: 1 mug bread

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Pork Rinds (we use Pork King Good)
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon Shredded Cheese (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt butter in a mug or ramekin
- Add baking powder, pork rinds, egg and cheese and combine well
- Microwave on high for One Minute and Forty Five seconds

Super easy to make and it’s amazingly yummy!
I made this with the Italian flavored pork rin crumbs from Pork King Good. Taste just like regular old bread dip into olive oil and seasonings. Like at an Italian restaurant.
Tripled the recipe and made pancakes. Just what I was craving. Amazing.
This tasted like every other mug bread I’ve tried. I won’t make it again.
It seems the calories are high??
