Keto Cranberry Sauce
This is a great Keto Cranberry sauce that will fool any non keto person

Ingredients
- 12 ounces whole cranberries
- 3/4 cup Allulose
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp Orange zest
- 3-4 drops liquid sucralose you can use stevia
Instructions
- In a pot, add all ingredients and mix
- Allow mixture to come to boil and stir occasionally
- As the cranberries begin to split open, use a potato masher to break open the cranberries
- For a sauce with less chunks, our mixture into a Vitamix and blend until smooth
- Transfer into a covered bowl and refrigerate
- Lower heat and allow mixture to simmer until desired thickness
Notes
This is a great substitute for the canned cranberry sauce Joe used to purchase for all the holiday get togethers. It has the perfect consistency and sweetness
