Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Brownies
This is cakey brownie that follows the One to One Protein to Fat ratio. The key is the yogurt which gives a moist cake without adding a bunch of fat

Ingredients
- 1 cup 2kk lowfat yogurt or any thick greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup allulose
- 1-2 tsp stevia
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbls sugar free chunky peanut butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, combine Yogurt, eggs, liquid stevia
- After thoughly mixed, add almond flour, cocoa powder, allulose and mix well
- Pour into an 8x8 brownie pan that is lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until center is lightly firm
- Allow to sit for at least 45 minutes before slicing or eat with a spoon

Notes
The key to these brownies coming out right is to use a very thick yogurt. Don't try to use a regular yogurt. Even most store bought greek yogurts will need to be strained first
