Marinated Goat Cheese

This is a super simple recipe that Rachel came up for a nice goat cheese treat.

Ingredients

4 ounces Goat Cheese
1 tsp Redmonds Real Salt
1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning you can use any herbs
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tbls Olive Oil

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except the goat cheese in a bowl
Roll the Goat cheese in the mixture and place in fridge for at least 1 hour to marinate
