Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Nautral Peanut Butter Check your label and look for one that only has peanuts and no sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter (8 tablespoons). tastes best with Grass Fed butter like KerryGold
- 2 Tbls Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 Tbls Allulose
- 30-40 drops Stevia
Instructions
- In a Saucepan melt the butter. Be careful not to brown it
- Add 1/2 cup of all natural, no sugar added peanut butter and combine well
- Add Heavy Whipping cream, allulose and stevia. Combine well
- Pour into a container lined with parchment paper or individual fat bomb molds
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set
- Transfer to fridge and allow to cool for another 2 hours.1

You can substitute 2 tablespoons of powdered swerve for the Allulose
