Ingredients
- 24 Ounces bacon Cut into large chunks
- 24 ounces Extra Small Shrimp chopped
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 12 Ounces Shredded Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Thaw Shrimp
- Chop up bacon and cook in a pot
- In a pot over low to medium heat, combine Heavy Cream, Butter, Cream Cheese and Shredded Cheese and combine well
- In a casserole dish, mix bacon & shrimp (save some bacon for the top)
- Add Cheese sauce and combine well
- Top with some shredded cheese
- Sprinkle pork rind crumbs and some cooked bacon over the top
- Cook until top is golden brown

Love this recipe but I changed the heavy whipping cream to between 1/4 and 1/2 cup to make the sauce thicker and enjoyed it much more than the first attempt.
