- 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
- 2 tbls grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
- 2 tsp mineral salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, be careful not to over work the meat or it will get tough when cooking
Weigh out entire batch of ground beef on a scale
Divide into equal portions, we make each burger about 5.5 ounces.
Using a burger press (or by hand) form into patties. Separate patties with wax or parchment paper
Store in an air tight container or freeze.
