The Perfect Burger
One of the easiest and cheapest keto meal preps is hamburgers. Ground beef is pretty inexpensive and burgers are super quick and easy to cook. Unfortunately, our society is so busy, we resort to paying ridiculous prices for preformed or frozen hamburgers. Theses burgers cost a lot more money and many time, they are loaded with fillers and preservatives.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
- 2 tbls grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
- 2 tsp mineral salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, be careful not to over work the meat or it will get tough when cooking
- Weigh out entire batch of ground beef on a scale
- Divide into equal portions, we make each burger about 5.5 ounces.
- Using a burger press (or by hand) form into patties. Separate patties with wax or parchment paper
- Store in an air tight container or freeze.
