Breakfast Broccoli Casserole

This is one of our go to recipes.  We make it almost every week.  It's super easy to make, only takes a few ingredients and stores well for meal prepping.

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage you can use any meat
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp mineral salt
  • 3 cups broccoli (cooked)

Instructions

  • Brown sausage in pan until completely cooked
  • In a bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
  • Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the sausage and then spread the broccoli evenly over the top
  • Sprinkle half the shredded cheese over the broccoli and sausage
  • Pour egg mixture over the top of casserole
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese over the egg mixture
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.  The center should be firm.
