Breakfast Broccoli Casserole
This is one of our go to recipes. We make it almost every week. It's super easy to make, only takes a few ingredients and stores well for meal prepping.

Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 pound ground pork sausage you can use any meat
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp mineral salt
- 3 cups broccoli (cooked)
Instructions
- Brown sausage in pan until completely cooked
- In a bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
- Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the sausage and then spread the broccoli evenly over the top
- Sprinkle half the shredded cheese over the broccoli and sausage
- Pour egg mixture over the top of casserole
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the egg mixture
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. The center should be firm.
