Coffee BBQ Rub

We love our BBQ but the key to having good BBQ is the rub that you put on the meat.  Unfortunately, most of the commercial rubs have sugar in them.  Though the container says 0 carbs, that's in one serving, which is generally a teaspoon.  When you put a rub on your brisket.

Notes

This recipe makes enough to cover 4-5 small briskets. Remember, the carbs are coming from the spices. Though a 28g serving has 6 carbs, that would be divided by the number of servings you get from the entire piece of BBQ. Some of it will also come off during the smoking process so don't be too concerned with carbs in the spices.
