Ingredients
- 2 Tbls Butter
- 1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (use fresh)
- 2-3 clove Garlic (minced)
- 24-32 ounces Steak (fatty cuts are better)
Instructions
- Cut you steak into cubes and cook in air fryer at 380 for 6-7 minutes, shaking halfway through
- After steak is cooked, pour a little bit of the juice into a pan over medium heat
- Add butter to pan and melt.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until soft, (about 2 minutes). Be careful not to burn the butter
- Add Heavy cream and stir to prevent scalding
- Allow heavy cream to reduce for 3 to 5 minutes
- Add Parmesan cheese and melt
- Once the sauce is thickened, add the steak and coat it well
- Enjoy with some of the cream sauce on the side
