Cut you steak into cubes and cook in air fryer at 380 for 6-7 minutes, shaking halfway through
After steak is cooked, pour a little bit of the juice into a pan over medium heat
Add butter to pan and melt.
Add minced garlic and sauté until soft, (about 2 minutes). Be careful not to burn the butter
Add Heavy cream and stir to prevent scalding
Allow heavy cream to reduce for 3 to 5 minutes
Add Parmesan cheese and melt
Once the sauce is thickened, add the steak and coat it well
Enjoy with some of the cream sauce on the side
