Chocolate Cream Pie (Keto Chow)
A cross between a chesse cake and mousse pie, this desert is super decadent and rich. Best part is other than the crust, it's no bake!

Ingredients
Pie Crust
- 1 Cup Cocount flour
- 8 tbls Butter Cold
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbls powdered erythritol
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Filling
- 8 Ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces marscarpone cheese
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1 serving Keto Chow Chocolate Flavor
- 1 tsp liquid stevia
- 1/4 cup Allulose
- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
Pie Crust
- Combine coconut flour, xanthan gum, erythritol in a bowl
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well
- Cut butter into pieces and add to pie mixture and blend until smooth
- Wrap in plastic and chill in fridge for at least 1-2 hours
- Spread into well greased pie pan and poke holes in bottom with a fork
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees untill crust begins to brown (about 10 minutes
Chocolate Filling
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. It should double in size so that you have 2 cups. Place in fridge while you work on the next step
- Combine cream cheese and marscapone cheese untill well blended.
- Add in keto chow, allulose, stevia, and almond milk. Mix until smooth
- Gently fold Whipped cream into cream cheese mixture and blend until smooth
Assembly
- Take chilled pie crust and fill with Chocolate cream filling
- Gently shave a small piece of dark chocolate aross the top
- Place in freezer to chill so that it's easier to slice

This recipe will work with any flavor keto chow. To make it easier to slice, place the finished pie in the freezer.
