Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Sometimes you just want a quick bread with breakfast or dinner and on keto, it can be super easy. From our series "So easy even Rachel can make it" we present Cheddar Bay biscuits. These are super easy to make and are done in less than 3 minutes total time

Ingredients
- 2 tbls butter
- 1 tbls coconut flour or 3 tbls almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- pinch mineral salt
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a mug or ramekin
- Add all dry ingredients
- beat in egg
- Mix in cheddar cheese
- Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Center should be completely cooked1
