We had so much fun with Coach Bronson Dant during the April No Joke Challenge! Now that he’s helped to get us moving, we don’t want to lose momentum. So, our next challenge will be, “May in Motion, Stay in Motion.” Beginning May 1, we will post a new fitness prompt each day. But, it’s up to you to complete the daily challenges in a creative way! I thought it would be fun to play bingo with the challenge. In order to participate in all 31 days, you’ll need to use both bingo cards.
