2kk Private Coaching cancellation / refund policy

We do not issue refunds for coaching however you may reschedule an appointment according our cancellation policy.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice. This notice must be by email to 2krazyketos@gmail.com , and be sent within 24 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time. You may reschedule your appointment on your own so long as you are not within 24 hours of the start of your appointment.

Please give your calendar a thorough look before scheduling, and reserve re- scheduling for emergencies only. Your success depends on it!

You may forfeit your session if cancelled within the 24 hour period. Under certain circumstances, 12 hours or less will be considered, however, this is NOT guaranteed. If an emergency arises, please contact 2 Krazy Ketos immediately via email for rescheduling.

Penalty for missing an appointment with no notice will be 50% of the coaching fee.
No refund will be issued for missing a 2nd appointment within 2 months
If you miss three appointments in a three month period, you will not be able to book a coaching call for a minimum of 2 months
