By purchasing any of the above mentioned services, you agree you will not hold us liable for any issues that may arise. This issues include but are not limited to weight gain, allergic reactions or medical problems. By purchasing said services you are stating that you understand that you should consult a licensed physician or medical professional before starting any new diet regime.

Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Physical products such as 2kk merchandise which is sold directly by 2 Krazy Ketos, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order and only in the event that you received the wrong product or it’s defective. Services such as meal plans, customized macros, are not returnable. Consultation and coaching services are not returnable once service has been rendered. In the event that you need to reschedule an appointment, 2 Krazy Ketos reserves the right to charge a $20 reschedule fee. Items which are sold on third party sites such as Amazon, must be returned to the site purchased from and are under that particular companies return policy.

2 Krazy Ketos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages that were sent to the wrong address (unless it was due to an error by 2 Krazy Ketos). In the event that a package is lost or damage during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the mail carrier.
