Carnivore Garlic Poppers

A delicious garlic bread popper that's completely carnivore

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Pork Rind Crumbs
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Chopped Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a Microwave safe bowl, melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese for 1 minute. If it is not melted after 1 minute, stir and put back in for 15 to 20 seconds
    1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 2 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • Combine cheese mixture well
  • To the cheese mixture, add all dry ingredients and combine with spatula or hands
    1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp Chopped Parsley, 1 Cup Pork Rind Crumbs
  • After ingredients are mixed, add 1 egg and mix well (a hand mixer works best but it can be done by hand)
    1 Large Egg
  • Roll into 10-12 balls and place on baking sheet
  • Spray with some cooking spray and sprinkle with more chopped parsley
  • Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until Golden Brown
