Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a Microwave safe bowl, melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese for 1 minute. If it is not melted after 1 minute, stir and put back in for 15 to 20 seconds
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 2 Ounces Cream Cheese
Combine cheese mixture well
To the cheese mixture, add all dry ingredients and combine with spatula or hands
1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp Chopped Parsley, 1 Cup Pork Rind Crumbs
After ingredients are mixed, add 1 egg and mix well (a hand mixer works best but it can be done by hand)
1 Large Egg
Roll into 10-12 balls and place on baking sheet
Spray with some cooking spray and sprinkle with more chopped parsley
Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until Golden Brown
