Keto Protein Puffs

A delicious take on egg white puffs that tastes like fruity cereal

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer, combine liquid egg whites, egg white protein powder and cream of tartar. Whip until still (about 3-5 minutes)
  • Add Keto Chow and a few drops of liquid sucralose
  • Mix until well combined
  • Put batter into a piping bag and pipe out into small dots
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes until brown
