Bacon Jerky

Ingredients

  • 10 slices Thick Sliced Bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven or smoker to 200 degrees
  • Lay bacon on smoker rack or an oven safe cooling rack over a pan
  • After 2 hours, dab the bacon with a paper towel and flip it over, dapping the other side as well
  • Remove from oven or smoker after 4 hours or when the bacon is the desired consistency
  • Store in airtight container or vacuum seal bag

Notes

You can marinate the bacon in any thing you want.   We like to put a little sriracha mixed with stevia to give a sweet heat flavor.
