Thick Sliced Bacon
Instructions
Preheat oven or smoker to 200 degrees
Lay bacon on smoker rack or an oven safe cooling rack over a pan
After 2 hours, dab the bacon with a paper towel and flip it over, dapping the other side as well
Remove from oven or smoker after 4 hours or when the bacon is the desired consistency
Store in airtight container or vacuum seal bag

Notes
You can marinate the bacon in any thing you want. We like to put a little sriracha mixed with stevia to give a sweet heat flavor.
