Breakfast Broccoli Casserole
This is one of our go to recipes. We make it almost every week. It's super easy to make, only takes a few ingredients and stores well for meal prepping.

- 12 eggs
- 1 pound ground pork sausage you can use any meat
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp mineral salt
- 3 cups broccoli (cooked)
Brown sausage in pan until completely cooked
In a bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the sausage and then spread the broccoli evenly over the top
Sprinkle half the shredded cheese over the broccoli and sausage
Pour egg mixture over the top of casserole
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the egg mixture
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. The center should be firm.
