Nautral Peanut Butter
Check your label and look for one that only has peanuts and no sugar

Butter
(8 tablespoons). tastes best with Grass Fed butter like KerryGold

Heavy Whipping Cream

Allulose
30-40
drops
Stevia
Instructions
In a Saucepan melt the butter. Be careful not to brown it
Add 1/2 cup of all natural, no sugar added peanut butter and combine well
Add Heavy Whipping cream, allulose and stevia. Combine well
Pour into a container lined with parchment paper or individual fat bomb molds
Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set
Transfer to fridge and allow to cool for another 2 hours.1
