Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast
This recipe came from Zoe, one of our subscribers. We modified it a little to suit our needs and is now one of our favorite things when we need more protein.

- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 12 slices bacon
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 medium jalapeno
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Redmond real salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
Trim chicken breasts and the make a slice in the thickest part of the breast (make sure you dont cut all the way through)
Remove seeds from jalapeno and finely dice
In a bowl, mix cream cheese with the jalapeno, spices and cheese
Stuff each chicken breast with mixture
Wrap 3-4 slices of bacon tightly around each chicken breast
Place in air fryer with the pocket for cream cheese facing up.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
