In a pot over low to medium heat, combine Heavy Cream, Butter, Cream Cheese and Shredded Cheese and combine well
In a casserole dish, mix bacon & shrimp (save some bacon for the top)
Add Cheese sauce and combine well
Top with some shredded cheese
Sprinkle pork rind crumbs and some cooked bacon over the top
Cook until top is golden brown
