Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast

This recipe came from Zoe, one of our subscribers. We modified it a little to suit our needs and is now one of our favorite things when we need more protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 medium jalapeno
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Redmond real salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan

Instructions

  • Trim chicken breasts and the make a slice in the thickest part of the breast (make sure you dont cut all the way through)
  • Remove seeds from jalapeno and finely dice
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese with the jalapeno, spices and cheese
  • Stuff each chicken breast with mixture
  • Wrap 3-4 slices of bacon tightly around each chicken breast
  • Place in air fryer with the pocket for cream cheese facing up.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
